Discovery Schools PTO – Support Request Form

The PTO is here to support our dedicated staff. Whether you require classroom supplies, assistance with events, decorations, or other resources, we are happy to collaborate with you. To help us best meet your needs, please complete the form below.

Requests must be submitted at least four weeks in advance to allow adequate time for planning and procurement.

Please note that all requests are subject to review and may not be guaranteed fulfillment based on available PTO resources.
